Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon and Veggies
This recipe for Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon and Veggies is a quick and easy way to make a tasty and healthy meal. A homemade teriyaki sauce is used to glaze the salmon. It caramelizes beautifully in the oven, while the vegetables get soft and colorful. Its great for busy weeknights when you want to eat something tasty but dont have time to cook for hours.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets, skin-on
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger in a small bowl using a whisk
Put salmon fillets on a baking sheet that has been lined with foil
Then, put broccoli florets and sliced bell peppers around them
Add salt and pepper to the salmon and vegetables
Make sure the salmon and vegetables are evenly covered with the teriyaki sauce mixture as you pour it over them
For 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are soft, bake in an oven that has already been heated
After taking it out of the oven, add sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top
Serve right away and enjoy
