Best Lobster Sauce
Enjoy the richness of the sea with this delicious lobster sauce. When you mix perfectly cooked lobster meat with a creamy sauce flavored with Parmesan, you get a dish that is both fancy and comforting. This sauce makes any meal taste like a gourmet experience, whether its served over pasta or rice.
Ingredients:
- 2 lobsters about 1 1/2 pounds each, cooked and meat removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces and set aside
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add minced garlic and chopped onion, saut until softened, about 3-4 minutes
Deglaze the skillet with white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan
Add seafood stock and bring to a simmer
Let it cook for about 5 minutes to reduce slightly
Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese
Simmer gently until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Add the chopped lobster meat to the sauce and heat through, about 2-3 minutes
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving
